I offer piano and voice lessons for all ages, as well as beginner acoustic guitar lessons for ages 10+. I also recently added a Music Exploration lesson option for ages 4-7 years old. Although I play drums, I'm not offering drum lessons at this time.

Piano lessons: I recommend having access to a piano or keyboard for practice. I require each student to have the necessary lesson and theory books that I teach from. These books are essential for progress and will be used in every lesson. After your first lesson, I will assess your level and provide a recommendation for the appropriate books, which can be found online. I'll provide more details at that time.

Voice lessons: Please bring the provided notebook, a binder for organizing printed materials, and a water bottle to stay hydrated during lessons.

Acoustic Guitar lessons: I do require students to bring their own acoustic/classical guitar, as well as a folder of some sort to organize printed materials. I'd also recommend having a couple picks, a capo, and a tuner. If you don't have these items, I have extras available to borrow during lessons.

Music Exploration lessons: I will provide a notebook for the student to bring each week. It will include a highlight or two of what we did during the lesson. No other materials or equipment is required. 

Not at all! I love teaching beginners, and I believe practice is the key to success. I tailor each lesson to match the student's current level and individual goals, ensuring a personalized learning experience.

I have experience teaching children as young as 4 years old, teens, and adults.

Music lessons are typically 30 minutes. However, for more advanced students or those interested in learning more than one instrument, I also offer one-hour lessons.

Yes, you can enroll in lessons at any time during the year, including the summer months.

For youth music lessons, I offer flexible scheduling after school. Let me know your preferred day and time, and we'll find a suitable option together. I'm also happy to offer daytime lesson slots for homeschool students. 

For adult music lessons, I'm typically available during the daytime on Mondays through Wednesdays. If those don't work for you, I'm happy to discuss other options — I try to be as flexible as possible with scheduling.

Lessons are held in my private home studio, conveniently located in the heart of Chapleau, Ontario. The exact address will be shared upon scheduling your first lesson.

Not at the moment - I currently offer private one-on-one lessons only.

For youth music lessons, I offer a package of $100 per month, which includes one 30-minute lesson each week.

For adult music lessons, I offer individual 30-minute sessions at a rate of $20 per lesson.

I accept cash (please bring the exact amount, as I won't have change available). I also accept e-transfers and will provide receipts for all transactions via email.
