POLICIES

Monthly payments are due within the first 10 days each month, and pay-as-you-go lessons must be paid within the week of the scheduled session.

Payment options include cash (exact amount) or e-transfer. Receipts are available upon request via email.

Students must provide at least three hours' notice to reschedule a lesson, provided this option is not used excessively. Frequent rescheduling may result in the lesson being marked as missed. Missed or cancelled lessons are non-refundable unless cancelled by the instructor.

1. Preparation: Students should come prepared with all necessary materials (notebooks, lesson books) for every session.
2. Punctuality: Lessons will begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
3. Respectful behaviour: Students are expected to treat the studio space, instruments, and equipment with care. Damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement fees.
